1. Health Consultation
Wondering if that nagging achiness, memory lapses, acid indigestion, or chronic tiredness might be a result of dietary indiscretion, hidden food allergies or yeast overgrowth? Are you facing a severe health challenge now and confused as to what to eat to improve your chance of overcoming the problem?  Are you suffering from any health issues that so far no health professional is able to answer?  Want to lose the extra weight around the middle? I can help you determine what is troubling you and recommend natural remedies such as dietary changes, nutritional and herbal supplements to correct the biochemical imbalance due to poor dietary habits. You might be eating the wrong food for your metabolic type. I can help you figure out what type of food will be best for you. Certain chronic diseases run in your family? Why wait until they strike, I can help you design the best dietary plan to prevent them from developing and slow down the aging process, reduce inflammatory burden and enable you to function and look the best. I will advice you on the best way to deal with stress and how to optimize your exercise program. Depends on your current health status, I will design a step-by-step program to assist you to return to full health and to maintain it from now on and into the future. Initial consultation includes health history, dietary habit revaluations, metabolic type assessment, functional metabolic assessment, food intolerance assessment, toxicity assessment, dietary and supplement recommendations. Initial consultation 1 hour is $175/hour, 30 minutes follow-up is $75.00.    I recommend at least 3 monthly follow-ups to track and insure you are making consistent progress. Supplements cost is not included.

2. Whole Food Cooking Classes

What’s for dinner? Need some inspiration?  My individual and group cooking classes show you how creative and empowering preparing food can be. Whether you are a novice or a seasoned cook who is interested in exploring new ingredients, new techniques and fresh recipes, my private lessons will bring fun and delicious whole food into your kitchen. Have a cooking party and invite your friends!  All dietary styles are welcome: ethnic food,  meat-lovers, vegetarians, vegan, raw food omnivore or vegetarians, gluten-free and dairy-free. I can help you adapt any dietary paths you choose.

Cooking Class Details:

  • My classes are 2-2.5 hours long (minimum) and take place at your home or mine
  • Classes are $80/hour + the cost for travel time (none if it in my home) and the cost of food.
  • Pantry Makeovers and Shopping Tours can be added to any of the cooking classes that I offer.

3. Personal Chef

Having your own personal chef is affordable and educational! You can cook with me!

If you consider the amount of time you spend to plan your menus, grocery shop, prep, cook and clean, plus the added cost of groceries that just don’t get used, the cost of having your very own personal chef actually becomes quite affordable.  Having a personal chef can free up 10-12 hours of your time every week because all menu planning, grocery shopping, cooking, packaging and cleaning is left to your personal chef.  If you have a special dietary need, I can help you learn how to prepare them right at your own home. Imagine a world where your kitchen is left spotless with a refrigerator full of healthy and delicious meals. Let me help make that dream a reality.

Fee Schedule:
Service fee includes custom menu planning, grocery shopping for all ingredients, food preparation, packaging and labeling with heating instructions and clean-up. Services can be scheduled Weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly

Three entrée only
3 entrees packaged family style & left in refrigerator to eat/package/freeze as needed: $150 plus cost of groceries

Three entrees with sides service
3 entrees with 3 side dishes: $200 plus the cost of groceries

Four entrée only
4 entrees only packaged family style and left in refrigerator to eat/package/freeze as needed: $190 plus cost of groceries

Four entrees with sides service-
4 entrees with 4 side dishes: $250 plus the cost of groceries

Five entrees with sides service
5 entrees with 5 side dishes: $300 plus the cost of groceries

7-day cancellation notice required to avoid a $50 cancellation charge. A less than 24-hour cancellation will require full payment of services. $15 fee for mileage and travel time outside of St. Louis.

4. Shopping Tour

Great health begins with great nutrition begins with great food which you get at the grocery store. The food choices that we make in those food-packed and often confusing aisles help create our daily diet and our health. Truth is, in order to cook with whole food, nutrient-rich meals you need the necessary ingredients in your kitchen. This is where I come in. Food can be your enemy or your best friends. Get to know your food before you bring them home.  I can help you with the grocery store of your choice, but I will recommend you to the best in the area as well as local farmers market when they are available during the growing season.

During your personalized shopping tour:

  • I’ll give you the tools you need to make nutritious & economic food decisions everyday.
  • I’ll introduce you to delicious new whole food choices, and show you easy ways to bring more nutrient-rich foods into your diet.

My shopping tours are tailored to your specific needs and will address any nutritional concerns and questions that you have. I am here to make whole food grocery shopping fun and exciting.

5. Pantry Makeover

Often, what we have on hand is what we end up eating. Learning how to stock your pantry with delicious, whole foods is half the battle to improving your diet and your health. Once whole foods are at your fingertips, eating healthy becomes effortless — and restoring your health will begin to happen naturally.

With our Panty Makeovers we’ll show you:

  • How to keep your pantry full of foods rich in vitamins, minerals, phyto-nutrients and antioxidants
  • What foods to keep stocked for simple, easy-to-prepare, nutrient-rich meals and
  • How to avoid refined, processed foods with artificial ingredients and hydrogenated fats
  • Finding hidden dangers in the grocery isles and food lables

6. Business and Group Lectures

I have taught customized nutrition classes to a diverse groups of people, students, companies and organizations. I can customize a nutrition, health and wellness class for your organization or group.

Cost: $300 for a lecture with customized power point or cooking demonstration, plus travel expenses if out of the St. Louis area. If your organization would like 3 or more lectures we lower the price to $250 per lecture.

7. Advanced Treatment Protocol Research
There are new techniques and treatment protocols that are not well known to most medical professionals. It you are facing a serious health challenge, you might want to have access to the most advance technique or research information to help beat the odds. I can run a thorough Medline search and look for many other alternative treatment options for you. $150.00/hour.

  • Initial Visit - 60 minute appointment in-person, in your home or my office. $175.00
  • Follow Up Visit – 30 minute appointment in-person, in your home or my office. $75.00
  • Phone Consult – 60 minute appointment (over the phone or computer). I will call you at the scheduled appointment time. $125.00
  • Pantry Makeovers-  60 minute appointment in your home. $125.00+travel time
  • Grocery Shopping Tour – 60 minute appointment where we meet at the grocery store. $125.00+travel time
  • Private Cooking Lessons – 2 1/2 hour appointment in your home. ($80.00/hour)
  • Private Cooking Parties –  2 1/2 hour appointment in your home. ($80.00/hour)

Scheduling and appointment:
Appointments need to be made at least 48 hours prior to the event either by phone or via email. If you have an urgent need to meet less than 48 hours notice, there will be an additional charge. 24-Hour Notice of Cancellation Required
24-hour notice is required to cancel an appointment. You will be billed in full for a no-show or an appointment cancelled less than within 24 hours prior to the consultation, tour or class.
